Created by Dr Jane Oakland, StressPoints provides information about many topics that affect the modern musician including all aspects of performance and the anxiety that can surround it; dealing with injury, and the ever more relevant subject of career transition. Unlike the sporting profession, musicians often feel unable to talk openly about their fears, injury concerns or anxieties. StressPoints aims to open up some of these issues.  You can find links to relevant publications and organisations or comment on any of the articles and blogs. You can also make contact with Jane to arrange private consultations or vocal sessions. All sessions are confidential and individually tailored.
